Concrete dust recycling lines
Similar to other LAVARIS production lines, the recycling lines for recyclable concrete dust processing are based on principles of mechanics-chemistry.
The core part of each line is a high-speed mill equipped with patented long-life cutting elements of extreme hardness. The additional advantage is the easy set-up of different levels of fineness (size distribution in micrometre ranges).
The simple and efficient construction of the line allows it to operate with significantly lower power demands when compared to other methods.
Our device works under atmospheric pressure and standard working temperature. The line for concrete dust processing has approximately double production capacity when compared to a recycling line for concrete dust processing of the same category.
The recycling lines listed below are available in both stationary and mobile designs. While stationary lines are suitable for sheds and interior operations in permanent sites, the mobile design of the line allows easy long-distance transportation and prompt deployment.
