Materials
In relation to our research activities primarily in the field of mechanical-chemical inorganic and organic substances, we are focusing on finding innovative solutions for the use of secondary raw materials, which include active rubber, concrete, and stone powders.
Mechanical-chemistry is a discipline dealing with the influence of mechanical action on the course of the chemical and physicochemical processes.
The development of new technologies and innovation of current solutions is carried out in cooperation with partners from accredited laboratories of the Institute of Chemistry and Technology (ICT), Czech Technical University (CTU), and CULS. Both these and our own laboratories are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities that provide the necessary background for researchers.
New materials and technologies are then verified through testing and tested in practice in industrial companies.
Along with new material and technology research, recycling lines are developed for the production of the aforementioned secondary raw materials. The keystone of each line is a high-speed mill, which is equipped with long-life patented cutting elements of extreme hardness and durability. The development and manufacturing of our products take place in the Czech Republic.
