The end product of tire recycling – active rubber powder
A valuable secondary raw material in the form of finely ground activated rubber is produced by processing rubber granulate using a mechanochemical method. The granulate is sourced from used and subsequently recycled passenger and truck tires. The active powder consists of particles of natural and synthetic rubber.
Through a unique activation-based production process, the rubber powder gains excellent mechanical and chemical properties, including high fineness, increased specific surface area, and perfect homogenization of the mixture. The use of active rubber powder in the production of plastics, as well as in the rubber and paper industries, helps reduce manufacturing costs while maintaining high material quality and contributing to environmental protection.
